By participating in Part II, we will help the following key players:
- Executive Director/Administrator - Monitor the progress of implementing the strategic plans, discuss organizational barriers, and offer suggestions to address logistics and/or leadership issues.
- Department Managers - Support and coach the champions and their project teams for implementing their action plans, while managing their time and resources.
