Re: Thirteen of Inspiring Solutions’ Hospital Clients awarded the majority of awards at the 12th Annual HealthCare Service Excellence Conference in Dallas, TX.

Dallas, TX - January 18th 2012 – Thirteen of Inspiring Solutions’ hospital clients took home the majority of the Breakthrough and Summit awards at the 12th Annual HealthCare Service Excellence Conference. These thirteen award-winning hospitals show the results of Michele Weston’s ability to challenge the minds and touch the hearts of people at any level within a company.

Breakthrough Award –– These awards recognize and acknowledge the efforts of all facilities in their challenge for “World Class” patient and family satisfaction as measured by an independent source. Improvement and Achievement Awards were given out in two categories Patient Satisfaction and Patient Experience (HCAHPS). The Inspiring Solutions’ hospital client’s awards are listed below:

  • Avera St Anthony's Hospital, O’Neill, NE – 8 awards for Patient Experience and 1 for Patient Satisfaction
  • Matagorda Regional Medical Center, Bay City, TX – 10 for Patient Experience
  • Unity Health Center, Shawnee, OK – 10 for Patient Experience and 6 for Patient Satisfaction
  • Wilson Medical Center, Neodesha, KS – 5 for Patient Experience and 6 for Pat. Satisfaction

Nine of the seventeen categories were awarded to Inspiring Solutions clients. The Inspiring Solutions’ hospital client’s awards are listed below:
